Read About Sam
Over the last 15 years I have been involved in the development and the delivery of bespoke educational programmes for all members of the dental team here in the UK. More recently I have worked on behalf of Zhermack, as an International speaker to promote and share good practice to dental teams outside of the UK.
In 2016 I decided to use my previous experiences and knowledge and form my own education company. We are now a fully established a City & Guilds and ILM accredited centre and are able to offer a wide range of qualification services to enhance and develop not only individuals but the whole team. From my personal experiences working in dental practice I have a real understanding of the challenging difficulties that team members may face on a day to day basis as well as keeping up to date with legislation. My aim was to provide advancement of dental education by providing opportunities for dental team members and bespoke educational programmes.
I am very passionate about the dental profession and this is demonstrated in the way I like my team to deliver our study days and work shops by creating interactive, engaging sessions that are relevant to the industry as well as get the results!

I have always been paired with trainee nurses since starting dental therapy in practice. I relished the opportunity to help them understand and grow as a dental nurse. I subsequently decided to undertake my PGCert in clinical education at Birmingham University in 2019 in order to follow my passion of teaching.
Outside of work I spend my time with family and friends. I enjoy exploring my creative flare and often doodle and paint.

During her time in practice, Chloe was given the opportunity to train and mentor trainee dental nurses and a new passion for education was ignited. Chloe excels at supporting and sharing her knowledge and experience with trainee nurses to further their career and opportunities. In 2017 Chloe achieved her level 3 teaching qualification and pursued further qualifications in dental nurse assessing and continued professional development.
“I am a bubbly, chatty, approachable individual who loves connecting with the learners. Since joining the team at Education for Dental I have found working as a dental nurse tutor and assessor highly rewarding. I love to see learners succeed and there is nothing more satisfying than meeting a shy and inexperienced trainee dental nurse, and then to see that person progress and grow into a competent individual with high expectations for their future journey, I am delighted to have been a part in their career path.” – Chloe Griffiths.
